Delivery and Returns

LOTT Studio wants all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product), please contact our customer service. If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the pieces.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or issue a store credit provided you return it in it’s original packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with receipt. Christmas orders will receive a size exchange extension until the 14th January. Sale items can’t be exchanged and refunded for change of mind.

When we receive the product, we will replace the product with a new one, issue a store credit, or if the item is faulty and unable to be replaced we will refund the value of the product but not the original freight.

You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the item.

LOTT Studio complies with the standards set by ACCC.

Australia Wide:

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 5 – 10  working days. For Express Post please email customer service at: info@lottstudio.com.au . For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post.

International:

LOTT Studio ships internationally to New Zealand, EU, Singapore, UK, Japan, Canada and US. We use Australia Registered International Post with 7-14 delivery day service and signature on delivery, or DHL express on request. Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

International delivery to locations outside those specified above is possible. Shipment prices will vary on location. Please contact our customer service to receive a shipment quote at: info@lottstudio.com.au
