If you have a preference in metal it's helpful to include this below.

There are many reasons for using different materials and we can walk you through this process. If you are unsure of the difference between metal colours, the karat or the reasoning for choosing one over another, we can assist you in your appointment. All of our materials are sourced from local Melbourne suppliers, with the gold and silver being recycled.

Are you looking to include stone(s)?

We source a range of certified gemstones and diamonds to incorporate into your design. From time to time, we also repurpose vintage or heirloom gems, provided they are in a condition we're comfortable working with. If you're unsure, that's perfectly fine. Some stones are more delicate than others, and we can guide you on which stones are best suited for your piece. Please note, the studio does not work with client-supplied stones.

What is the budget range?

Our custom service requires a minimum budget of $5000. To ensure we offer you the best possible service, it’s helpful for us to have an indication of your budget. If you're unsure, we can discuss this further during a studio visit or over the phone. If your inquiry relates to a specific studio collection piece, please select the studio piece option.

Do you need this piece by a certain date?

Depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload, it typically takes between 6 to 12 weeks to complete a custom piece. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeline, and knowing your due date helps us better manage your inquiry.
