DELIVERY

OVERVIEW 

Each Lott Studio piece is handcrafted to your specifications in our Melbourne CBD workshop, ensuring every item is unique and carries its own distinctive hand finish.

Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 2 weeks for your creation before it is ready for shipping. For pieces that include stones, please anticipate an additional week for production.

As always, we hold a curated selection of beautifully crafted pieces readily available for purchase. Should you wish to inquire about the availability of a specific piece or need your order by a particular date, please contact us via email or visit our store. We will be delighted to assist you and confirm if your request can be accommodated.

For delivery, we use Australia Post for its reliable service, and we encourage you to refer to the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times to your location. For special pieces requiring expedited shipping, we offer DHL Express Courier as an alternative. Please note that we do not deliver to international PO Box addresses. Customs duties, foreign taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for additional information.

Standard Shipping with Signature: $12

Express Shipping with Signature $20

Complimentary shipping is available for all orders over $150.

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in AUD. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 3 – 7 working days. For Express Post, please email customer service at info@lottstudio.com.au.

DHL Express Courier: Please email us for a quote. It is best to expect prices from $135, depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL

Standard Shipping with Tracking: $45

Express Shipping with Tracking: $70

For purchases over $1000 AUD, we recommend using DHL Express Courier. Please email us for a quote and further details.

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

The window for pre-Christmas delivery on made-to-order items has now closed. Please contact the studio to explore pieces that are ready to collect instore. Any orders placed after Monday 9th December are not gauranteed to arrive prior to Christmas and will have extended production times. Please contact the studio for more information around the expected completion and delivery of your purchase.
