Lott Studio is committed to providing high-quality products. If there is an issue with the product you received, or if your delivery does not match your order (e.g., wrong product), please contact our customer service team. When contacting us via email, include as many details as possible, including your order number and a picture if there is a problem with the item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer an exchange or store credit, provided you return the item in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unworn and in its original condition, accompanied by the receipt. For Christmas orders, the size exchange period is extended until January 20th. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

You are responsible for the return freight and must arrange the return yourself. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our studio. Ensure you pack the return securely to prevent damage.

FAULTS & DAMAGE

It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect all products upon delivery. While we make every attempt to ensure your goods arrive in undamaged condition, occasionally this does not happen. You must contact Lott Studio at info@lottstudio.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the goods to advise us that they are in damaged or faulty condition. We will then provide the postage details for the return of the faulty or damaged goods, which will be at no charge to you.

If the item is determined to have a production fault, we will provide a repair or replacement. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued minus freight charges. Lott Studio complies with the standards set by the ACCC.

Jewellery damaged due to general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund. If your item is damaged, we offer a repair service. Contact the studio directly for details.

All items will be reviewed, and actions will be determined by the Lott Studio team.

Your telephone number is required for shipping purposes in case Australia Post needs to contact you regarding the delivery.
