REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Lott Studio is committed to ensuring that all our clients receive high-quality, carefully crafted jewellery. If there is an issue with the piece you have received β such as a defect or an item that differs from your order β you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please contact us at info@lottstudio.com.au or call 0422 633 717, include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will provide instructions for return shipping.
Refunds are not available for change of mind.
All goods, whether faulty or returned for other reasons, remain your responsibility until they reach our studio. Please ensure they are packed securely. We recommend tracked delivery with signature on arrival.
Exchanges or store credit may be offered for unworn pieces from our ready-to-wear collection, provided they are returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in original condition within 14 days of purchase, along with proof of transaction. Size exchanges for Christmas orders are extended to January 28th.
Please note that custom or semi-custom pieces β including made-to-order items, modified designs, or any work developed in collaboration with the studio β are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Natural features such as stone variation, tonal shifts, and inclusions are not considered defects. Similarly, textural finishes, clasp forms, and surface variations that are intentional and part of Lott Studioβs design language do not constitute faults.
If a refund is approved due to a major defect, we will endeavour to process it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to bank processing timelines. If a replacement is preferred, we will supply this as soon as practicable. Where a piece is discontinued, we may suggest an alternative of similar value. If accepted, any difference in price will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Once a piece has been repaired, altered, or worked on by a third party outside Lott Studio, it is no longer covered under our manufacturing warranty. We cannot accept liability for any damage or fault resulting from external work, and such cases may fall outside your entitlement to refund, replacement, or repair.
