SHIPPING POLICY

Each Lott Studio piece is handcrafted to your specifications in our Melbourne CBD workshop, ensuring that every item is unique and carries a distinctive hand finish.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 2–4 weeks for production. If your piece includes a stone, please allow an additional 1 week. We also carry a curated selection of ready-to-ship pieces. If you require a piece by a specific date or would like to confirm the availability of a particular style, please contact us at info@lottstudio.com.au or visit us in-store.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We ship via Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery. Standard shipping is charged at $15 and Express shipping at $25. Complimentary standard shipping is available for orders over $150 AUD. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch. If you require Express or Courier shipping, please reach out to us directly to arrange.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA POST - EXPRESS WITH SIGNATURE)

We offer international Express Shipping via Australia Post for parcels up to 500 grams. All parcels include tracking and require a signature on delivery. Rates are as follows:

New Zealand — $41.15 AUD

Asia Pacific — $47.35 AUD

US & Canada — $50.25 AUD

UK & Europe — $55.55 AUD

Rest of World — $63.35 AUD

COURIER SHIPPING

For time-sensitive, high-value, or custom orders, we offer courier shipping via DHL Express for both Australian and international deliveries. This premium service includes end-to-end tracking, fast delivery, and priority handling.

Within Australia, DHL Express Courier is available at a flat rate of $85. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days to most metropolitan areas, with signature on delivery required.

International courier shipping is available upon request. DHL Express provides fast, secure service with full tracking and customs support. Final pricing is determined by destination, size, and weight. As a guide, estimated rates for parcels up to 500 grams are:

IMPORTANT NOTES ON DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you. A range of transit options is available to suit your preferences, helping ensure each parcel arrives safely and efficiently.

While every effort is made in the packaging and timely release of your order, Lott Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

Parcels shipped typically include transit insurance; however, any claims will require a formal report and confirmation of loss or damage issued by the courier provider. Insurance claims cannot be processed without documented evidence, and unsubstantiated claims will not be eligible for coverage. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered or signed for at the address provided, it is considered outside the scope of goods-in-transit insurance. Due to privacy regulations, Lott Studio is unable to enquire into the loss or damage of a parcel on behalf of the recipient.

We strongly encourage clients to provide a secure, attended delivery address and to consider their preferred shipping method when placing an order. Lott Studio cannot be held liable for parcels that are delivered and signed for at the address provided. We are also not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during or after shipping.
