Lott Studio wants all our customers to receive high-quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product), please contact our customer service. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the pieces.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or issue a store credit provided you return it in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with receipt. Christmas orders will receive a size exchange extension until the 20th January. Sale items can’t be exchanged and refunded for change of mind.
You must pay the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the item.
Lott Studio complies with the standards set by ACCC.
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 5 – 10  working days. For Express Post please email customer service at: For delivery within Australia, we use Australia Post.
Lott Studio ships internationally to New Zealand, EU, Singapore, UK, Japan, Canada and US. We use Australia Registered International Post with 7-14 delivery day service and signature on delivery, or DHL express on request. Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

If you place an order with us, we request certain personal information. You must provide contact information (such as name, email and delivery address). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information. Your telephone number is required for shipping purposes in case POST needs to contact you regarding the delivery.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect all the products upon delivery. If a faulty item is received, please contact the studio directly. If the item(s) is deemed to have a production fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. In the event we are unable to replace the item we will refund the value of the piece minus freight. Lott Studio complies with the standards set by ACCC. 

Jewellery pieces damaged due to general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund. If your item has been damaged we offer a repair service. Please contact the studio directly for details.
